Inaugration Party

Aunti Heidi and Uncle Shaw are always eager to throw a party for just about any reason! This past Tuesday on Obama's inauguration day we were invited to an Inauguration Costume Party. We had a great time hanging out, eating Uncle Shaw's great ribs and there was actually very little talk of politics.

Allie and I had matching stripes as our costume and Cooper was dressed as stars. So we 3 were representing the stars and stripes.

Uncle Shaw dressed as a celebrity attending an inauguration ball. He looked classy in his velvet suit.

Heidi dressed as the historic Statue of Liberty.

A Bike Ride

Cooper used to be a wagon rider, then a wagon pulling machine with Allie as his rider, but now he is a bike rider.

He doesn't have the hang of pedaling yet but can still go pretty fast as he rides.

Thanks Papa and Grandma for expanding our outside adventures. It is very fitting that Cooper received his first bike from you. Lee has fond memorie of his dad as an avid long distance bike rider traveling on the famous Hwy. 1 along the Central Coast in California.
